Santa Cruz, CA- Skrzynecki was driving a white Subaru southbound on SR-1, south of Waddell Creek. For an unknown reason, Skrzynecki failed to observed a motorcycle ahead of her, and collided into the rear of a black Harley Davidson motorcycle, ridden by a 59-year-old San Fransisco man. The collision caused the male rider to be ejected from the motorcycle. Despite life saving efforts on scene, the male succumbed to his injuries. Skrzynecki suffered minor injuries and declined medical attention.

This collision is still under investigation. Alcohol and/or drugs do not appear to be a factor in this collision.
Fatal victim information is releasable through the Santa Cruz County Corner’s Office.
