Kennedy Meadows, CA…The Watsonville man shot at the Deadman Campground on July 11th has been identified as 36-year-old Timothy Edward Smith of Watsonville. Next of kin has been notified. As soon as additional information is available it will be released by the Tuolumne Sheriff’s Dept.
