Davenport, CA….On 02/22/2016, at approximately 11:12 am, P-1 was driving a 2013 Subaru (V-1) north on SR-1, 2 miles north of Swanton Rd. For unknown reasons, P-1 drove V-1 off the roadway and over a sheer cliff. The vehicle plunged several hundred feet before landing on it roof, on the beach below. P-1 sustained fatal injuries as a result of this collision. The cause of this collision is currently under investigation and drug and/or alcohol use is unknown, pending toxicology reports.
